Angus wins a prize today

Angus was a prize winning pink pony today :) He loved the PR at Hetton Lyons...so many new things...a park with children's play ground, lots of different style of step overs, a busy quarry nearby, lakes & ponds, a wind farm & Madge's particular bug bear....the shiny metal bench...she nearly leapt into the pond on the other side of the path....Angus wondered what she was fussing about :) We passed it twice & she was worse the second time...plonker pony :) Madge only had a pink bow in her forelock & pink hair extensions in her tail whereas Angus had 2 tutus, one on a neck strap & the other around his saddle, a pink bridle...thanks for loaning it Connie, also her pink saddle cloth & fluorescent leg bands. He had pink bows in his mane & forelock & bright pink hair extensions in his tail. OH wore a pink shirt & a tutu over his jods :) The local lurcher lads were a bit bemused :) :)
All in aid of raising funds for breast cancer research :) We have won this twice in the past with Myrtle & back in the mists of time Malin won an HPEC pink pony photo competition so next year I am really going to have to up my game for Connie :) It will be her turn to meet all the interesting semi urban semi industrial Co. Durham scenery in that area. I am thinking wash in/wash out hair dye for her tail & mane???? Pink body paint for breast cancer ribbon logos on her rump????? Any other ideas???
He won a bottle of pink pinot grigio

Well done Angus. Do you think there is something in the air at the moment re bench. We only went around the short loop I do on Saturday with a friend and they had the irrigation pipe out which we had to step over, done loads of times before, but it became a wily big snake which needed snorting and prancing sideways at, never mind the pallet pile and other bits and pieces, things which she normally now wouldn't give a look at. Perhaps she and Madge have the same wavelength:heh hee:

Angus' photos were fabulous!! :clap::clap::clap:

Has to be glitter as well as the pink - maybe warpaint style body paint or feathers.... :stealth:
