Anyone familiar with this? Had a visit from a lady who has been following this type of work and she says the change in her horse is amazing.

I like this book. It's written in plain English. I think of the forward down concept in the way she explains it when I'm lunging and short reining.

I am working on this, having joined the Home Study online course. There is a huge amount of material available there, which more than repays searching through. I find it makes much more sense than any other teaching about training and dressage I have come across. It's the very simple idea of getting the hind legs to step under the point of weight (centre of gravity) and thereby teaching the horse to carry more weight on the hind legs. I'm lucky enough to have my sister train me. She has a lot of experience with ST, again gained through the online course.
