Deliciously Conscious cookbook

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Deliciously-Conscious-Cookbook-Vegetarian-G...

I know previously there has been some requests for gluten free recipes. This book was written by my stepdaughter - I was married to her father until his death some years ago. Her sister, the opera singer Sarah Connolly, is a coeliac and Belinda always had an interest in food and cookery. So just taking an opportunity to plug the book. Have got a copy myself and although no glossy pictures there are lots of innovative recipes.

Looks good. I have several books on gluten free cooking but this looks good. Are the recipes nice?

What a great idea. My dad is coeliac and mother struggles to feed him sometimes cos he's fussy too.

Always good to have a repertoire of recipes for folk with food intolerances. Also interesting to read that you are 'related' to Sarah Connolly - she is a fantastic singer. I remember her well from her days in the BBC Singers (I used to be their Production Assistant!) Always thought she would go on to great things!

I have only just noticed that connection too - she is one of my favourite singers, too her Handel Guilio Cesare is stunning. I have just checked her webpage to check she is the same person and have found some interesting works to try and hear, eg Taverner, who I love.
