Cucumbers

As it has turned out, I seem to be very good at growing cucumbers! However not so good at eating them all up! I did have some with white wine vinegar and sugar but I can't do them as nicely! If anyone has any tried and tested recipes, please let me have them! Thanks!

Chopped up cucumber. Garlic. Mint. Salt pepper and creme fraiche. All mixed up together a little olive oil over. delish with fresh bread and olives / or not. Tzatziki. Type Greek recipe. Love it on hot days.
