Thank you and Jeanette - still confused as to why the image is not there!
I have put some photos in photobucket, got the http/......nos. etc but still there seems
a problem! so yes, an idiots step by step guide would be brilliant!! getting so frustrated
by it but am determined to get an image posted!!!

The frustration is unbearable isn't it!!

Resizing the photo to dimensions this forum can cope with is a crucial step.

Have you definitely resized the photo you want to post?

Get the photo up in photobucket from your album and hover over the top edge . A drop down tab to resize should emerge. then follow the instructions given to resize. Once resized cut and paste the http/i200 address from the menu which appears either under the relevant photo or to the right. then paste the address directly into your thread. You can check to see whether you have been successful by previewing your post.

Hmmm.....now I am confused!

I don't resize at all, and just copy/paste the IMG code. Or is that the same thing? :dizzy:

Ok ladies - back to .... photoshop - thought I had done it correctly - but couldnot see image
on the computer so feared it had not worked - sorry for causing confusion Welshflore - please wait with baited breath or fingers crossed for a photo to appear! or I will be pulling my hair out - but thanks for your kindness and support

I dont resize either, just copy and paste the code starting in [IMG] and ending [/IMG] (direct link) piece of cake!
